Property Details

Choose the account, template and property name to create the property. All details at any point can be changed later as required.

Property account

The principal organization who owns the property in ReturnSuite. Additional organization teams can be added to view and edit the property.

Choose a sample, template or start from scratch

Sample properties can be explored for free but have some modification restrictions.

Property name

The name of the property as it will appear in the platform and reports.

Property description

A brief description of the property for you and other team members.

Area unit

Currency

The currency and area measurement are used for all property input fields.

Getting started

The first step is to enter basic property information such as the property name, a description and the local currency and area measurement units of the local market.

If the property is similar to one you have already created, it may be easier to duplicate the existing property than to upload again.

Detailed analysis of various scenarios should be performed using the scenarios tool inside an existing property instead of creating a new property for access to more comparison features.
